Category Manager Horeca




  • Support Commercial Solution Manager to develop the  tactics and commercial formulation (assortment and solutions) for the selected Horeca Customer Target Groups and KAM, at area level in MCC                                 
  • Work closely with Gastronometro team and build food cost mechanism based on Menu decomposition                                                                                                                                                                                         
  • Work closely with Controlling and BI and create  analyze and insights about  effectiveness, efficiency and ROI of all commercial initiatives                                                                                                                                             
  • Work closely with sales team, SCM, Buying etc.
  • Align the actions with his/her peers                                                                                                                                                                                            
  • Collaborate with Offering & Pricing Team& mkt to articulate and inform on key programs, solutions, initiatives  and future strategies                                                                                                                                                            
  • Support ongoing forecasting and finance review to ensure commercial risks and opportunities are highlighted.                                                                                                                                                                                        
  • Work closely with Stores and Sales team. Coordinate different projects / Horeca events                                                                                                                                                                                      

Team up with his/her peers from Horeca dept ( and not only) with diligence and solution driven approach.             


  • High analytic and excellent in power point                                                                                                     
  • Good understanding of full process - from buying to selling is a plus                                                                                                   
  • Ability to work across multiple data sources to provide insights and perspective                                                                                            
  • Proactive, accountable, self-motivated and stubborn for the benefit of our customers  
  • Collaborative mindset with strength in effectively receiving and communicating feedback
