IS Manager


• Manage the entire technological part of the company;
• Plan, manage and monitor the activities of its employees and provide feedback on the results of employees' activities;
• Leading cross-functional business automation projects, building productive relationships between IT and internal customers (business);
• Ability to manage IT projects: deep immersion in the goals and objectives of the project, maintaining a schedule, delegating tasks to subordinates, monitoring deadlines for completing tasks, project delivery;
• Be responsible for the quality of the IT service: stability of functioning, speed of implementation of changes and new initiatives;
• Support of implemented programs, participation in the development of instructions for working with them;
• Search for contractors and organization of contractual work with them for the implementation of IT projects.
