Delivery Performance Specialist


Main responsibilities:

  • Monitors delivery performance indicators
  • It is involved in identifying the main causes and risks for stock availability, supporting the decision-making process
  • Provides support to the team in establishing the annual roadmap, sales improvement strategies and generates ideas to grow the business.
  • Is responsible for preparing periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual) 
  • Invoices monitoring and database maintenance
  • Claim and equipment management




  • Good understanding of order and delivery systems
  • Data analysis and Excel skills with ability to compile/track, analyze and report information/data;
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
  • Process improvements and change management skills
  • Interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with other departments
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work in teams and in a challenging retail environment
