Delivery Performance Specialist
RomaniaMain responsibilities:
- Monitors delivery performance indicators
- It is involved in identifying the main causes and risks for stock availability, supporting the decision-making process
- Provides support to the team in establishing the annual roadmap, sales improvement strategies and generates ideas to grow the business.
- Is responsible for preparing periodic reports (monthly, quarterly, annual)
- Invoices monitoring and database maintenance
- Claim and equipment management
Competencies:
- Good understanding of order and delivery systems
- Data analysis and Excel skills with ability to compile/track, analyze and report information/data;
- Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously;
- Process improvements and change management skills
- Interpersonal and relationship-building skills in order to work with other departments
