We are currently looking for a Financial & Administrative Assistant
What will be your mission?
You will be responsible for the Support in the Financial team and accuracy of billing data. By maintaining the day to day financial, accounting and administrative services in order to meet legislative requirements and support Trading Office operations
Qualifications - External
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct of invoice control
- Booking sales and/or purchase invoices
- Follow up on open invoices
- Completeness and correctness of accounting data
- Responsible for Accounts receivables and/or payables
- Closing tasks assigned
- And many more
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of Windows and Office Package, especially Excel
- Good understanding of Accounting processes
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, target, result and service oriented
- Ability to complete tasks within tight deadlines
- Good communication skills, demanding and assertive
- Self-disciplined with the ability to work independently
- Ability to integrate into existing side functions
- Team player

- Experience with stock management
