Content Specialist

In the role of #METROCHAMPION Content Specialist, you will use your skills and learn with us to:
- Work with direct manager and agencies to create and implement a cross-platform content strategy;
- Supervise all aspects of content development for all digital media channels, including website, email and social media;
- Provide editorial, creative and technical support to other team members in the Marketing department;
- Propose key initiatives for community building through relevant content;
- Maintain a content marketing calendar that schedules all aspects of the creation and delivery of content throughout the year;
- Keeping track of data and analyzing the performance to ascertain content engagement levels;
- Ensure brand consistency through tone of voice and terminology, with a clear B2B focus, addressing only professional (traditional trade and HoReCa customers).
You can be our #METROCHAMPION if you have:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar position;
- Creativity and the ability to develop original content, that provokes engagement;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of the Romanian language;
- Nice to have: knowledge of keyword placement and SEO best practices;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Proactiveness in identifying issues and ownership to resolve them quickly and creatively;
- Capability of working in a dynamic environment, handling multiple projects, meeting deadlines, while being able to prioritize appropriately;
- Proactive attitude and you are a great team player with an open and positive attitude.
